Over 9 years of experience in conducting surrogacy programs
For many women, traditional treatments alone may not be enough to achieve pregnancy. Issues with oocyte (egg) quality are quite common, and factors such as advanced age, genetic conditions, reproductive health issues, and stress can contribute to difficulties in producing viable eggs. In these cases, IVF programs with donor oocytes provide an effective solution. Donor eggs can be used to create embryos that are transferred either to the intended mother or a surrogate.
Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) is designed to assist women in achieving pregnancy when natural conception is not possible. Various factors, including menopause, genetic disorders, reproductive health conditions, and stress, can affect fertility. ART, which includes IVF using donor eggs, offers a viable option for women struggling with infertility. Donor oocytes can be used in standard IVF treatments or surrogacy programs, helping intended parents fulfill their dream of having a child.
At our Center, we place great emphasis on carefully selecting oocyte donors who meet the highest medical and ethical standards. Donor identities are kept strictly confidential, and donors will not receive any information about the recipients of their oocytes. Each selected donor undergoes thorough medical and genetic screening to ensure eligibility. Before the process begins, the donor signs an informed consent form, acknowledging that their oocytes and any resulting embryos will legally belong to the intended parents.
01
Application Submission
The candidate fills out a form and awaits a response from our program coordinator.
02
Medical Screening
The donor undergoes a full medical examination to assess overall health and reproductive suitability.
03
Cycle Synchronization (if necessary)
For fresh embryo transfers, the doctor synchronizes the menstrual cycles of the donor and the recipient (either the intended mother or surrogate) using hormonal treatments.
04
Ovulation Stimulation
The donor receives hormonal stimulation to increase the number of mature oocytes. If a fresh embryo transfer is planned, the recipient’s endometrium is simultaneously prepared with estradiol and progesterone for implantation.
05
Oocyte Retrieval and Fertilization
Mature eggs are retrieved from the donor through a minimally invasive procedure and then fertilized in the laboratory using the intended father’s prepared sperm. The donor’s involvement ends at this stage.
06
Embryo Cryopreservation
The resulting embryos are cryopreserved for future transfer to either the intended mother or a surrogate. Any additional viable embryos are also frozen for potential future use.

Women aged 20 to 35 who are willing to support infertile couples by donating eggs can become donors. Ideal candidates should maintain a healthy body weight, avoid smoking, and be free from gynecological and other serious health conditions. Before donation, donors undergo a comprehensive medical evaluation to screen for conditions such as HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B and C, gonorrhea, chlamydia, mycoplasmosis, ureaplasmosis, cytomegalovirus, and genital herpes.
While it is technically possible to donate eggs every menstrual cycle, we recommend a minimum of a two-month gap between donation cycles. This break gives the donor’s ovaries time to recover and rest fully.
A 12-year-old girl typically has around 300,000 eggs in her ovaries. Over the course of her reproductive life, fewer than 500 eggs are used during ovulation, and the remaining eggs naturally resorb in a process known as “atresia.” Given the large reserve of eggs, egg donation or the medications used during the process do not significantly affect the ovarian reserve, and there is no risk of premature menopause.
We prioritize your confidentiality. All personal information about the egg donation process is kept strictly private. The intended parents who receive your eggs sign a legal agreement stating they will not attempt to identify you and acknowledge that no future connection will be made between you and the child. While your name remains undisclosed, the intended parents will receive general information about your physical characteristics, such as height, weight, phenotype, appearance, and any hereditary or genetic conditions (if relevant).
